Though I highly recommend learning via video :), sometimes a book is a nice resource to have. I especially like this one:

PLEASE do a search on the site before sending in a question ... often I've already done a video on that subject. Also, please do not ask how to pronounce a word -- look up the pronunciation on a site like Dictionary.com which has a 'show IPA' option, and an audio of the word being pronounced, for every word.

... I think it is a GREAT resource for studying pronunciation. You can slow down videos without the pitch changing, you can loop sections, you can look up words. It's an amazing resource, and I've enjoyed playing around with it.
