#SHORTS – Learn American English and study the idiom spill tea.
Video Text:
Oh hello!
Woah!
Have you heard the idiom “spilling tea”?
Now, that was big but I actually did spill tea earlier today.
I spill it all on my list of things to do. Hell no!
If you’re spilling tea, you’re gossiping. You’re talking about somebody when they’re not there and if you’re spilling tea, it’s really juicy gossip not just regular gossip.
Juicy!
If it’s juicy, it means it’s extra scandalous gossip. So it’s not a gossip like “I heard she quit her job.” But it’s more gossip like, “I heard she cheated on her husband.”
So do you like juicy gossip? Do you like to spill tea.
